Home Care Advanced
For homeowners who require a more intensive inspection and maintenance schedule to prevent damages. Includes all services of our Home Care Basic package plus:
- 24 hour emergency service.
- Inspection after a storm.
- Preventive maintenance plan (PM) tailored to each property and based on the needs of each owner.
In addition to our packages, we do have other services and technical solutions that can be applied with the frequency that your property might require.

New Installations
We can arrange the basics from having your home painted and decorated to having electric installed. With a team of qualified employees, we can take care of everything:

Gardening Service
- Design and Arrangement of gardens.

- Daily cleaning of grass from leaves.
Maintenance service and pool cleaning
Daily cleaning and maintenance with use of specific chemicals like: Chlorine, chlorine in tablets, acids, cleaning products and control kit for PH and chlorine (chemicals are included).
- Cleaning of floor, walls, borders and filters.
- Check up of equipments (filters, pumps etc).
- Availability for repairing and maintenance service of equipments and plumbering.
